We have just had a large pallet delivery via yourselves (Highland Green Lawn Care, Mosstodloch, Scotland) and thought I’d take the time to let you know your driver, Reg, was absolutely brilliant with the offload – 13 pallets of fertiliser (about 10 tonnes in total weight) dragged onto and off the tail lift using only a manual pallet truck and then positioning them where they needed to be in a tight store – he went above and beyond what was expected today and for that we are extremely grateful – yours sincerely – Bob Smith
